 I'll freeze councilor's pay hike for a term 

 

• This is a friendly gesture that the city councillors are there for people not for a salary.

 

 Transparence on Councillor's spending

 

• I know that the people are upset when the tax dollars are wasted. Especially when councillors spend thousands of dollars on general expenses. To give people trust on my spending, I will put a financial report out every fiscal year to show people transparency.

 

 Be accountable on tax spending

 

• Citizens are wondering were the big tax dollars are spent. I'll propose to council when they generate new levy, make sure the tax dollars are spent appropriately but not included in the general budget. I will release 1/3 of Land Transfer Tax to update local infrastructure.
